About Dillon

Dillon Fillion was born on May 9th, 2004, in Davenport, Iowa. Along with his parents, he has an older sister and brother, and one younger brother. His father, Martin, a Canadian immigrant, came to America on a D1 hockey scholarship to Umass Lowell. After college, he played semi-professional ice hockey, which led him to settle in the Midwest where he began his career at John Deere. His mother, Wende, is a longtime dental and healthcare professional, devoting herself to the care of others. Together, they instilled a loving sense of Christian family values, a strong work ethic, and perseverance.

Following in his father’s footsteps, Dillon grew up playing hockey at various levels. Despite having opportunities to pursue that career further, he chose to pursue an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Scott Community College after graduating from Bettendorf High School in 2023. This decision was heavily influenced by opportunities and experiences he pursued during high school.

Driven by a fervent commitment to his principles, Dillon began his advocacy journey during his junior year of high school. Through his last two years of high school, He and another classmate collaborated on writing a bill regarding term limits. He volunteered for various political campaigns, including:

  • Congresswoman Mariannette Miller-Meeks’ reelection campaign
  • Scott Webster’s State Senate campaign
  • Chris Rose’s State Senate campaign in West Virginia.
  • MAGA U.S. Senate Candidate Eric Early from California
  • Caucused for President Donald J. Trump’s campaign as a Field Operator in the state of Iowa also serving as a caucus captain in his precinct.

Dillon’s dedication to these campaigns, marked by tens of thousands of phone calls made, reflects his unwavering commitment to the causes he believes in.

In addition to his political activism, Dillon is deeply passionate about religious freedom, supporting law enforcement, and protecting the sanctity of life. He believes strongly in defending the Second Amendment, ensuring fair elections, and advocating for the rights and freedoms that define the fabric of American society.

With a heart dedicated to serving others and a commitment to upholding fundamental values, Dillon Fillion continues to strive for positive change in his community and beyond. Dillon Fillion is a Christian Constitutional Conservative, who believes we must always put Iowa and our fellow Iowans first. Dillon will be the true voice that the everyday Iowan deserves and so desperately needs. With you at Dillon’s side, we will keep Iowa great and make our state even greater.
